What’s the scope of your server monitoring?

We are doing the following items below for Managed Hosting server monitoring:

  • A live monitoring of the site top page (the our staff in charge will be informed in case we receive something other than HTTP response code 200)
  • Monitoring of any abnormal increase in CPU load (if threshold exceeds 80%, we will be notified)

In case of errors detection in these monitoring, we will contact you via email and suggest the following: reboot the server and/or scale-up. We will respond to your message as soon as we receive your answer.
Please note of our business hours: Monday to Friday (except Japan public holidays) from 10:00 – 19:00 JST.
If the time of your correspondence to us is beyond our business hours, our response may be delayed. We will get back to you on the next business day.
